I booked with Amsterdam airport transfers as my pregnant wife was arriving into Schipol with heavy luggage. I asked them to meet her at the arrivals hall and help her with her bags and park as close to the terminal as possible. Her driver Alex was incredibly helpful, polite and efficient. Flew from Rome to Amsterdam and visited for a few days and then back home to Los Angeles. I flew with my wife and 7-month old baby. To say that we were treated well is an understatement. Our Driver Theo picked us up in Schiphol Airport – he was the best dressed driver and had the coolest name sign, he did not complain that we arrived late due to the airline and all the luggage we had. He introduced himself and immediately took our luggage himself to the Mercedes. What a humble/cool Dutch man. He was so respectful and happy to drive us to Dam Square. He personally went into the hotel and informed of our arrival. He was our same driver back to the airport for our flight to Los Angeles and arrived early to pick us up. SMS us to advise he was at the hotel and ready to go back to Schiphol.

My wife and I recently used Amsterdam Airport Transfers on our trip to Amsterdam. Let me tell you, these guys are great. Booking was as simple as emailing a couple of times and paying. Mike, our driver, monitored our flight and made sure he was waiting in the arrival area of the airport with his sign before we got there. As soon as I turned my phone on after the flight, I had a text from Mike telling me where he was. The drive was quick and perfect. For our return trip back to the airport, Mike was at our hotel exactly on time and ready to help. I cannot recommend them enough.

I do have to say, I was slightly skeptical considering I could not find much info on Amsterdam Airport Transfers and the only reviews I found were on their site. After dealing with them and the service they provide, I would totally use them again!

Very happy with the professional driver service we recently received from Amsterdam Airport Transfers. Our flight was delayed and then it took longer than usual to retrieve our baggage from the carousel. Our flight to Amsterdam arrived an hour early but someone from Amsterdam Transfers was there waiting to take us to the hotel. There was some slight confusion about where to meet the driver at the airport but he texted me so we connected fairly easily.

I have use this service now 3 times and always get an excellent service. The cars are very nice, drivers are professionals and they even spend time to get you know during the 20 minutes drive to city centre. Can really recommend. Will use this again in November, the next trip to DAM.

We hired Amsterdam Airport Transfers when my family of 4 plus a dog relocated from the US to Groningen. With the amount of luggage we had, one van was not large enough and Juan worked with me to find the best solution. We hired two vans and both drivers were waiting for us upon arrival, helped with our bags and could not have been more pleasant. The airline gave us the wrong pick-up address for our dog and both drivers were incredibly kind in helping us solve the problem; we could not have done it easily without them and they spent an extra 1.5 hours heling us! In general, I could not have been more impressed and satisfied and I recommend them highly. Hire them; you will not be disappointed.

I cannot recommend the service provided too highly. Firstly the price was so much better than all the other suppliers we called (and we went through the list on the internet!). Secondly, communication was very quick and helpful; this was important as we booked very late and most other suppliers took a deal of time getting back to us. Thirdly the transport was right on time, the van beautifully presented and our driver, Juan was fantastic. Save yourself time; book straight with these guys. We did the legwork checking out all the transport! We will definitely be using this service now each time we arrive in Amsterdam.
